Tecno Phantom V2 Fold And V2 Flip Phones India Launch Confirmed: All Details
TECNO Mobiles is refreshing its foldable lineup with the launch of its new Phantom V2 series in India. The device is all set to launch this month, comprising of two models: the Phantom V2 Fold and the Phantom V2 Flip. The company has provided some key information about the two phones, giving us an idea of what to expect.
Phantom V2 Fold
The Tecno Phantom V2 Fold features a huge 7.85-inch primary display that is designed to give a superior foldable experience. There's also a 6.42-inch cover display, which lets you interact with the device without having to unfold it. Both the screens come with LTPO OLED panels and 120Hz refresh rates. It is powered by MediaTek Dimensity 9000+ SoC.
On the imaging front, the Phantom V2 fold is equipped with a 50MP primary camera, a 50MP Ultra-Wide camera and a 32MP camera on the inner and outer screen. The Fold packs a huge 5,750mAh battery which support 70W fast wired charging and 15W wireless charging.
Phantom V2 Flip
The Tecno Phantom V2 Flip features a 6.9-inch FHD LTPO AMOLED inner display and a 3.64-inch AMOLED outer screen, both with 120Hz refresh rate. It is powered by MediaTek Dimensity 8020 chipset and equipped with a 50MP primary camera, a 50MP Ultra-wide rear camera and a 32MP front-facing camera for clear selfies and video calls.
The V2 Flip gets a 4,720 mAh battery and comes with 70W fast-charging support. The V2 flip has been designed for those who want a more compact, pocket-friendly foldable without sacrificing performance.
One of the most significant features of the V2 Flip is its AI-powered capabilities. Tecno has added tools such as AI Image Cutout, Magic Removal and Ella AI Writing, which provide consumers with enhanced photography and editing possibilities.
Tecno Phantom V2 Price in India Expected
The company has not revealed the pricing of its new foldable devices but reports say the devices could launch for under Rs 1 Lakh. The device will be available to purchase exclusively through the E-commerce platform Amazon after its official launch on December 6 which is just a few days away from now.
