OnePlus 11 Gets Android 15 Update With New AI Features In India: All Details

OnePlus 11 users in India are getting the Android 15 update this week. The OnePlus Pad got the same upgrade a few days before its release. Improved animations, dazzling rendering effects, and flux themes are just a few of the visual improvements that OxygenOS 15 offers. It also comes with artificial intelligence (AI) tools including AI Notes, AI Retouch, and AI Reflections Eraser.

In a community post, OnePlus highlighted the improvements that would be included in the OxygenOS 15 update, which is based on Android 15. According to the company, OnePlus 11 users in India would initially receive its most recent update in stages. Beginning over the following three weeks, it will also be made available in the regions of North America (NA) and Europe (EU). The build number of the upgrade is CPH2447_15.0.0.201(EX01).

According to the changelog, OxygenOS 15 for the OnePlus 11 has features that are comparable to those that were just added to other OnePlus smartphones after the upgrade. It comes with flux themes that may be modified with system backgrounds or images. Increased personalisation options are available for the always-on display, home screen, and lock screen. The latter supports AI depth effects, glass textures, clock colour mixing, blurred wallpapers, and AI auto-fills.

Moreover, OnePlus claims that the Live Alerts system has undergone modifications. It now has a new animation system and design, and it looks more centered.

Additionally, the update has many AI features. Among these is a feature called AI Reflections Eraser, which is supposed to eliminate glass reflections in pictures. In the meantime, the AI writing suite can format text into an orderly structure and optimise and polish it.

Additionally, there is a Clean Up tool that can eliminate unnecessary words from voice notes to improve their coherence. An additional feature is Circle to Search, which is Google’s visual lookup tool that lets users mark a section of the screen by circling it and turning on online search.

OxygenOS 15 has the option to edit photos in a globally reversible manner, preserving previous edit settings for use in future modifications. In addition, there are now additional swiping gestures for the floating window, distinct actions for the notification panel and quick settings, and an 80 per cent charge cap.
