The base iPhone 17 is tipped to get a ProMotion display with high refresh rate support, and the Pro-like chipset to make the performance reach newer heights. Yes, Apple might end the iPhone Plus journey and have the all-new iPhone Slim or Air model added to the lineup in 2025 as per reports. The Slim variant is expected to get a single rear camera because of its rumoured 5.5mm dimensions and yes, the battery size could also take a hit because of that. Apple’s thinnest iPhone could be priced over Rs 1 lakh which might deter some people from buying this phone.

Finally, you have the iPhone 17 Pro models, including the Pro Max model. The flagship iPhones should get a new display tech which could allow the company to offer an under-display camera this year. The cameras will also get a major bump, with a periscope lens in the offing as per reports. These upgrades will invariably push the starting price of the 17 Pro variants.
