Realme GT 7 Pro Indian Variant Could Have A Smaller Battery Unit: Know More
Realme is gearing up to launch its flagship device, the Realme GT 7 Pro, by the end of this month. Weeks after its debut in China, the tech giant will unveil the GT 7 Pro in the Indian market on November 26. Ahead of the its launch, Realme has teased the battery capacity and charging speed of the GT 7 Pro model which suggests the phone will feature a smaller battery than the Chinese variant.
In the post, Realme India detailed the battery specifications of the upcoming Realme GT 7 Pro. It confirmed that the new handset will launch in India with a 5,800mAh battery. It is worth noting that the Chinese variant of the GT 7 Pro packs a 6,500mAh battery, which makes the Indian variant having a 700mAh smaller unit.
Similar to its Chinese counterpart, the Indian variant of the Realme GT 7 Pro will still feature 120W SuperVOOC fast charging support. These revelations hint that there might be a slight differentiation between both models in terms of specifications.
Realme GT 7 Pro: Price In India
The Realme GT 7 Pro is priced between 3699 CNY (Rs 44,000 approx) and 4799 CNY (57,000 approx) in China. The GT 7 Pro launch price in India is expected to be around Rs 55,000. The flagship device will be available in two colour variants: Mars Orange and Galaxy Grey.
Realme GT 7 Pro: Specifications
Realme recently revealed key details of the GT 7 Pro, confirming it as the first Indian smartphone powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset, boasting an impressive AnTuTu benchmark score of over 30,00,000 for seamless gaming performance. The device features a 6.78-inch 1.5K 8T LTPO curved AMOLED display with a peak brightness of 6,000 nits and a variable refresh rate of up to 120Hz. It supports HDR10+, Dolby Vision, a 120% DCI-P3 colour gamut, 2600Hz PWM dimming, and a 2,600Hz instant touch sampling rate for a top-tier visual experience.
The Realme GT 7 Pro operates on Realme UI 6.0, built on Android 14, with the company committing to 3 years of OS updates and 4 years of security patches for long-term reliability.
In terms of photography, the handset boasts a triple rear camera system featuring a 50MP Sony IMX906 primary sensor, a 50MP Sony IMX882 periscope telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom and 120x digital zoom, and an 8-megapixel wide-angle lens, ensuring versatile and high-quality imaging capabilities.
The Realme GT 7 Pro is designed for durability, with an IP69 rating that enables underwater photography at depths of up to 2 meters for 30 minutes using a dedicated mode. Additional features include Live Photo Capture, an in-display ultrasonic fingerprint sensor, and an AI Snap Mode, enhancing both functionality and user experience.
